We are passionate about every aspect of food. Recently, the Kynetec b² team in Belgium attended a bread baking workshop at GRAAN (Grain) in Antwerp to boost their taste for baking.
By rolling up their sleeves and "getting their hands dirty," the team now not only knows the bread baking process in theory, but also in practice. The participants were instructed on how to knead and form their dough, let it rise, and bake the bread, before sampling their loaves.
